• Identification of issues around current data model and deliver a solution with redesigned standard SAP IS-U data model

• Identification of critical problems encountered during the business meter-to-cash process in SAP IS-U System and prioritise, develop SAP Best Practice technical solutions
• Liaise with business and developing custom data cleanse programs using enhancement spots, to improve the data integrity and also to reduce the Late Invoicing counts
• Configuration of new set of EMMA/BPEM Cases to handle the unpredicted Late Invoice errors and enhancing the existing Exception Cases
• Roll-out of BTI Product TORch-GTi based on the MDR Development Framework to tune the Billing and Invoicing out-sort parameters
